I need a simple-to-edit contact form.
I want it to have a drop down menu to choose what e-mail you send it to (reason for contact)

Bit like this

Habbo Name: |One-Line text Box|
E-Mail address: |One-Line text Box|
Reason for contact: |Drop down menu|
Message: |Multi-Line box|

Submit

If you can find me a code for that, or as close as possible I will be very grateful

im gona be out most of today, but when im back if u still wnat ill write u one, but malito forms dnt work in modern browsers so do u hhave any form mail script? i use a free hosted one wich is quite good, no ads even in the mail u get.
