Fair or Unfair?

Hey, I need your opinion on something please!

Last Thursday, I was banned on my Habbo UK account ROLAH, for protecting my nephew from harm coming to him in any way shape of form. So what am I talking about? Well, Brett. started a conversation with me on an Instant Messenger shortly after I noticed that he was 'bullying' Diff on Helkat's guestbook. I told him that Diff also has the right to post his opinion on the discussion in hand and he flipped at me cursing words that are unrepeatable.

Shortly after this, Brett. (To my suprise, as I thought he was a legit person and very nice when I met him) told me that he was going to send pictures of my nephew to 30-50 year old men that he had on his instant messenger! As an aunt, it's completely natural for me to react badly to this and so I kicked off, of course.. When I noticed that he had blocked me and sent the pictures to people as he said he would - I notified people on the staff members guestbook the dangers of befriending this cruel, twisted person that he was proving himself to be, I told them what he had done and many were completely outraged and I did threaten to take him to court. All though it seems this Habbo has got away with it scotch free.

I do not know how this person got the photographs of my 4 year old nephew but my guess is that when I split up with my partner Jono he posted it on the website he made about me along with photographs of me and then spread it around the hotel himself or got other people to do it for him. I am very startled by this situation and I think it's outrageous that someone would send pictures of a 4 year old boy to complete strangers on the internet. It's utterly disgraceful and in my opinion; completely unjustified and 100% Perverted. What do you think?

Now, 1 day after I posted these things on the guestbook, I noticed that I had been banned for harrassment permanently! I couldn't understand this because I was only looking out for a family members welfare, I am sure anyone would react the same. So what do you think? Was this a fair ban, or an unfair ban? Okay, firstly your poll is setting up a COMPLETE straw man... But anyway, yes it's fair. You posted comments about him on a staff member's guestbook that they couldn't trace/proove, therefore anyone could do it and be lying - that constitutes harassment.
