Im 12 years old. I got hair growing on my penis ( i can see blonde hairs) But the problem is that why is my armpits feeling itchy? Is it a teenage thing (teenanger in 5 months)

I doubt that you'd be hitting puberty just yet...
Unless you are going through it very early for a boy, there shouldn't be any puberty effects for another year at least, tbh...
Girls are the ones that normally hit puberty earlier and boys tend to go through it later...
