I didn't write it I heard it in the movie called 'Big Bully' and thought it was a nice little poem here it goes :
I once had a friend who was new in school
I once had a friend who everyone thought was cool
I once had a friend who stole my lunch
I once had a friend who could really pack the punch
I once had a friend who would laugh when I fall
I once had a friend who was no friend at all
