Strange New HC Box

I just opened the HC box just after lag (not I am gold HC with 36 days) I got this instead of usual...

That was never there beofre, and when you click it, it went to a website, not part of the client

That happened to me before when I rushed on the HC Button when I had just logged on.

if you log in , and quickly press the HC button you get that
Except you cannot leave your HC subsciption, shame, really ;/

Why would you want to leave hc :/

EDIT: To get the gold badge quicker? :p You end it then join it end it etc
