    Sorry for double post but

    If you have thrones say here i might offer higher =) im not sure on prices now, last time i looked they were 1.3m and 50k per HC now im looking aout its 1.8m and 53-60k per HC So i just average'd the Throne; P

    So

    Throne - 1.7m (buying 2) (600k left)
    Gothic floor (Cobbled floor thing * 14) = 360k (240k left)
    4HC Sofas - 220k (20k left)
