Do the Ali M miniquest untill you can buy nature runes from him.
He sells 100 at a time for 225ea firm price.
Hop between world untill you have spent all your money on nature runes then sell for 300-330ea
So 1k Nature runes would cost you 225k and if you sell them for 300ea you get 300k.
