Long time since i posted, been busy.. Here it is.. 8th or 9th report i think**

Snow Patch
Actual Habbox value: 2.0
Projected value: 1.5
Seen: 5 times
Buy/Sell or Hold?: Sell
Analysis: A very hard seller from what i have seen. It looks like the snow patch is going down the drain just like the winter. Everyone wants to sell it at 2.0, but they end up selling for 1.5. A very unpopular rare at the moment, my advice is to sell, and sell as quickly as possible. If you can get 2.0, consider yourself lucky, because this is going down for sure.

Hammock
Actual Habbox value: 3.5
Projected value: 3.25
Seen: 3 times
Buy/Sell or Hold?: Sell
Analysis: As soon as this went up on habbox, sellers were jumping to take advantage of the price, but to no avail. Extremely hard for some people to sell for 3.5. Many end up selling for 3.0, but this is still not a bad thing. I think the raise in price for hammock recently was a little premature, but as summer draws closer 3.5 would be an ideal price or maybe even 4.0. Short term, it is a seller, long term this is a keeper.

Green Bird Bath
Actual Habbox value: 14.5
Projected value: 15.0

Buy/Sell or Hold: Buy if you can
Analysis: This is rising, but very, very slowly. This is definitely not as popular as its counter part birdbath(grey), but it does sell steadily. Some people are reluctant to sell this because they still feel this will rise and i think it will, but not too high. Definitely premature to say 20.0, even if it gets to that point not a lot of these will sell. I would say hold on to this for just a little bit more because this will rise and become popular at a steady price of maybe between 15-17 hcs. Thats when it will be a good time to sell and make a profit. It might look to reach 20, but im telling you right now, this will not be a good seller at this price. It is already hard enough for some people to sell this for 14.0 pure, but this will get popular soon enough.

Greek Pillar

Buy/Sell or Hold?: SELL, SELL ahh what the heck, another SELL
Analysis: When have pillars ever been popular? NEVER. No one wants them, and no one will ever want them. OK well iam joking about that last part there but in all honesty the only time you see these selling is when someone needs it for stacking, or when an odd person is fond of them. These should have been down around this price a long time ago, but when you see the occaisonal be one sold for 1.0, you think that would be the price, but wrong.

Analysis: Curious to know why i say 1.1 and still say buy it? Simple, this is only for long term people and who have patience. This is an OK seller at the moment, some buyers are willing to pay 1.25 or higher but normally it goes below the value, but this is going to rise to 1.5, book it. Not now, Not tommorow, Not next week, but maybe next month. This will rise like all other para's. They become very popular as summer closes and thats a no brainer to why that is.
