Room Designer/Builder Needed

Pretty big project, although some rooms are done, im really in need of new ideas on how to lay out the rooms as im getting bored of my rubbish layouts!!

Prefereably free, but willing to pay a little, will describe the job in more deatil if you are interested but the basic points are:

Football Stadium
Dressing Rooms
Entrances
etc etc
