dj panel help + rep

umm yeah well on dentafrice's panel you have the option to add staff:

reporter
senior dj
dj
admin..

now i know theres the admin and dj already built in..

but i want to know 2 things:

1. what is the number for the senior dj + reporter.. e.g.. like 1 = admin
2. and what file is the code in that sets what a certain user can or cannot do. like to add sight news for reporters. If its in the mysql table i cant find it
