[UserSystem] Update

Hey,

After spending ages trying to get it work properly, UserSystem has a fully working banning system.

Features:

- Admins are able to ban people in days, hours, minutes or a mixture of them all (Ill add months and weeks in a sec)

- Admins can permanently ban those annoying trouble makers!

- The bans auto-lift (Remove) at the date/time specified (Nope, it is not done by a cron job and it is done instantly!)

- Admins can unban people if they need to remove the person's ban

Coming soon:

- IP bans

BETA testers:

You will be able to use this system in the next release.
