Anyone else think that The Unicorns are incredible? They had one CD and broke up, but lately Ive been listening to their album Who Will Cut Our Hair When We're Gone? and I think its one of my favorite albums ever. Here's a video for their song called Jellybones (the beginning is weird but then it gets into the song). They make these really happy and upbeat pop songs, but they dont have like a standard song structure, theyre almost random. Its really awesome

Uh... not really. Theyre more... I dont know how to put it. They're liked by people who like the Shins, but they arent like them sound wise. They're much more popish. And more electronic effects and kinda more rediculous, but in a good way. They just make incredibly melodic songs. They easily get stuck in your head. I have a really short song of theirs on my myspace page

They have that new band The Islands with 2 of the members, but I havent got their stuff yet and I hear it isnt as good.

I think thats a b-side or something. I listened to a clip of it on last.fm, it sounds like they sampled some of their another song "Inoculate The Innocuous"
