Right this idea is abit plain and simple we have some Gaming eXperts so like if anyone is stuck on a game then the gaming eXpert could help them with that.

or they culd go 2 www.gamespot.com for cheats and www.gamefaq.com for hints,help and questions lol, also walkthroughs

A possible idea could be to have technical experts of some kind.
