poison, where can I learn?

Ive got a level 28 rogue, I think I could have learned how to poison weps at 20. But where do I get the skill, ive tried trainers but none do it. Help please

Go to old town in SW and get the quest from in the SI:7 building next to chamions hall, thats if your alliance.

what Jamie said go SI:7 builing in old town SW and get teh quest and iirc cant remember much did teh quest ages ago but you go to westfall need to pickpocket this mob and you get a poison on you and you hand in quest and get quest to remove the poison or if your lazy get a drood to abolish poison ^^
