It's part of the v7 furni. For the image you should first upload it somewhere and then insert the URL in the between [IMG] and [/IMG] otherwise the picture won't show.

So i host the picture on tinypic then i can put the url in between teh stuff,,

Yeah, you'll have to upload it there and find the URL for the pic, when put it in the middle of the [IMG][/IMG] tag.
e.g. [IMG]URL HERE[/IMG]
