Well basicaly you want a simple php hit counter, except with the habbo version, youd convert th numbers in to the relivant habbo images for the charicters etc.

I think he wants a tutorial with the forms etc, so the users can create their own.

You use a slightly more complex hit counter which can track a count for a placed id, then convert the output number to habbo images?
