Wat is the quickest and most effective way of getting my def up?
No n00bish comments like 'kill things'
I have been fiting in rekella but it takes ages n isnt very effectiv.

Ideas?

Simple really, if you have the levels and cash to buy a whip I sugest getting one if you have not already this is probably the best weapon to train defence with. If not just use any weapon you can afford.

Now where to get the xp.

Experiments - North east of Caniffs you must have started the creature of fenkenstine quest you push open a grave or something to get to them.

Rock crabs - East of Relleka or on waterbirth Island.

Pest Control - This is could be the fastest or slowest way to train defence, the key to getting fast levels in pest control is to find a good world!
Join a pest control clan or use the #pc in IRC.

but your defence a bit low

crabs or experiments are easy to kill. and quick exp
pc can take time but u get money out of it

crabs are very effective but it seems slow because you have to kill so many.... for your lvl i would recomend sticking to them.

I found the white wolves on white wolf mountain good, just take food

id probs say experiments if you can start creature of frankenstrain. they are very easy to kill :]
