On Habbo FI they have Version 13 and you can create your own groups. You can create a badge/logo for the group using presets. And I think members of the group can wear that badge/logo.

No, the group leader has the badge with a star. The rest of them have a normal one I think

No, the Habbo's in the group that made that group their favourite have the Badge
The owner doens't have the Badge (but he can make that group his favourite).
The small stars are not Habbo Badges, just recoginition, Heart = Favo.
Silver = Admin
