Sam Broadcaster

Does anyone know how to get sam broadcaster to show you how many people are listenenig? I am using sam 2.8.3, it has a box in the top - right corner that says 0 viewers, high of 0 . Does anyone know how to get this to work?

Also does anyone know how to get the requests box working? I recieved a tutorial video from my friend but it wasn't very clear.

I'm working on getting a radio station up and running.
