You only got this as you've obiously done somethink on 3 or more clones trying to steal furniture (Maybe) or was perm banned for numerous occasion's, it's called a IP Perm ban.

Lol i had the same problem i used that IP unbanner thing..

it banned my IP then unbanned. You must've got a IP ban but because
you Re-installed shockwave you became Ip'ed i think.

The only real reason you get a IP Ban is because you try and scam but fail on numerous account's, theres not no other reason to be honest, UNLESS you script.
