    Long story. I need anger management sometimes, I swear!

    K, So I ring virgin media, to pay a bill, they tell me that my credit card has been reclined, so im like.. ok ?

    So i get on the phone to natwest, and ask them why..

    they come up with "oh im sorry Dan, your card was declined because there was £300 taken out yesterday ( bill was only £61.09 ) I was like wth. I havnt spent my money, then shes like, oh sorry wrong account, your money has been transfered to another account. this will be put right in 2 weeks, My internet + phone line + TV etc will go off tonight, Im so annoyed, I told them where to shove it tbh.

    And back to the stitches? I punched through harlf of my lounge door in anger. lol

    I work as customer services for Orange... lol Well so to speak.. If the 2300 others cant do it, It comes to a team of 12 of us.. :is so smart:

    virgin media customer services are pathetic its easier to just email or mail them you actually get a proper reply takes about 6 months though

    orange have **** customer services.
    always have 2 wait for about an hour on the phone.

    well they were really fast with putting me through to someone to get my account number, but when my phone broke i waited for an hour, then they never sent it but claimed i refused it, then waited another hour to be told it would be sent, then waited another week when they said it would be here the next day, then they phoned to say we'd be charged for not sending it back within 7 days, but we did, they just took so long to get it here that 7 days had passed from when they first said they would send it.

    they're gay.
