Script for nintendo friend codes.

Does anyone know a script where you make your profile and put your nintendo wi-fi friend code in. Then have a script were you can see who is on the site and has wifi on and if they are avaliable, if so you request their friend code and if they accept they get yours and you get theirs.

I was thinking of doing this because of the new pokemon games coming out with wifi. I would like to make a site for it where it can be a friend code exchange. An example I found is Animal Crossing Community.
