    I never eat healthy food. NEVER

    I eat sweets, crisps, pasta (ok bit healthy but thats for footy)
    toast, sausages. and few other things.

    I havernt at a vegetable in Months maybe even a year. I eat a carrot every few months.

    I dont eat chicken, and other meat except sausages.

    I have never ate sweetcorn, beans, califlower or somthing like that ever.
    Well were I can remember.

    I am fit, very skinny too.

    I eat loads of sweets all the time. I live on sweets, pasta and bread.
    Iron in my eyes is low.


    HELP?

    You have to eat a balanced diet in order to keep your iron levels up as well as the fact you could end up being diabetic or anaemic if you continue not to eat anything healthy.

    Get your parents to buy you a variety of different healthy foods to try and don't let them buy you as much junk food. This is the only way you will stop..

    They try but I never eat.
    I cant I have a obsession with sweets. And junk food.
    I get so starving when I dont got icecreams, sweets or junk that I get anoyed and agressive

    I drink tea all day too. 7 a day normamlly.

    after dinner 1

    I used to be like that, all I used to eat was junk food. I was skinny for a long time, and then I started to gain weight. I'm skinny now and have a fairly good diet, because every time I went to get something like a bag of crisps or sweets, I took a portion of fruit or something healthy instead. I also started to cut down on what I was eating and ate less between meals.

    yeah i eat junk all the time although i do eat some vegetables, the reason your skinny is because in some peoples bodies their matabalism breaks their food down a lot quicker, it doesnt mean to say your fit

    avoid the junk food you see. if your really tempting try not to or you'll end up somewhere weird.

    try eat a balanced diet such as eating stuff like carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins..
    if you dont like it try holding your nose or eating a small portion of junk food between meals
