HABBO HOTEL MODERATORS ARE CONTRACTED PART-TIME STAFF WHO MANAGE THE HABBO 'EXPERTS' PROGRAMME AND DEAL WITH LIVE, ON-SITE CUSTOMER SERVICE "CALLS FOR HELP". HOTEL MODERATORS REPORT TO THE HOTEL'S COMMUNITY MANAGER. HOTEL MODERATORS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE A GENUINE INTEREST IN SUPERVISING AND ASSISTING TEENS ONLINE. HOTEL MODERATORS WORK REMOTELY AND ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WORK IN THE LOCAL COUNTRY OFFICES.

b. Telephone connection
c. Criminal background check
d. Supervising Habbo Experts as needed
e. Dealing with Calls for Help from teen players
f. Communicating with team members regularly
g. Problem-solving, troubleshooting
h. Providing shift reports to team members and Community Manager
i. Moderating within the hotel as needed
j. Using staff-specific web tools as required
k. Fluent in English and the local language of the hotel
