Weird glitch o.o

I was at hells doing some slayer and saw a glitched one, just standing it, i attacked it it attacked me back but didnt move o.O

Ohdear. I seen it with a guard before kind of funny because he was like leaning over the fountan at the castle in varrock

Ye this glitch happens alot, it looks like the npc is sleeping.
The first time I saw it for myself was during the legends quest there was "A sleeping jungle wolf."

That happed tme with a steel drag but I couldnt get close enough to take and good pictures because it would have eaten me alive.

wierd , in the duel arena people are sometimes lieing on the floor kinda bowing and dont movebut still hit O.o
