Dan,
You were a great Rare Values Manager, and you inspired me to become an RVR in the first place. It wasn't even Dan's fault, according to the posts I have read, because i'm not completely sure whats going on. Dan, you should never of been fired, and I think (hope), many of you will agree that he should of stayed as Rare Values Manager. Good luck for the future Dan, for whatever path you wish to take.
