Script help?

Hey everyone.
k I have an image grabber [ex. http://deluxehabbo.freehostia.com/ha...habbo=junkie87 ] and I want to have a form where someone types their habbo name and when submitted, this url [ http://deluxehabbo.freehostia.com/habbo.php?habbo= ] will be altered so their habbo name goes at the end, and the image is shown to them. any help on how to do the form?

Change in Habbo.php where you see $_GET[habbo] to $_POST[name]
