Gothic MRVR - Yozd's First Rep

Gothic Stuff seems to be on a low recently. But i have seen a couple of things that make it seem like values may go up or stay the same. Gothic is on a low but i think it can raise up.

* = The same as Habbox price
- = Below Habbox price

Gothic Throne
Seen at 1.2 HC - 1 Times +
Seen at 1 HC - 3 Times *
Seen at 0.7 HC - 2 Times -
Seen at 0.5 HC - 1 Time -

The gothic throne seems to be on the downslide. Though i did see one person trading a throne for 1.2 HC, though that may have just been a singulat incident. As you can see, i saw it at 1 HC 3 times. I think this is a correct value.

Gothic Table
Seen at 1 HC - 1 Time *
Seen at 0.7 HC - 1 Time -

It doesnt look too good for the gothic table. Though - there are not many peopel trading these either way. I think there is actually a littel lack in the market for people who want to make gothic rooms.
I think this rare should be lowered to 0.7.

Gothic Chair
Seen at 0.5 HC - 2 Times

God, seriously, nobody is trading these. Nobody at all. They're even less popular than gothic stool, and they're better value. But as people start to want these later - i reckon they will become more valuble than gothic stools. I think people bought gothic stools because they were cheaper.

Gothic Stool
Seen at 0.5 Hc - 2 Times *
Seen at 30 RD - 1 Time -
Seen batch of 10 at 5HC. *

These seem to be only being brought properly as batches of 10+. I saw a batch of 20 for 10 Hc, - but that was a one off value, so i didd'nt include. I dont think these will go up unless you have them en masse, - people are willing to buy then. I think that if you wnat they're current value, it would be 30 RD. If you're looking into batch, leave it at 0.5.

Gothic Candlebra + Gate + Walls.
Candlebra seen at 0.5 HC - 1 Time.
Gate seen at 1 Hc - 1 Time
Gate seen at 0.5 HC - 1 Time
Walls seen - 0 times!

The candlebra is on the downslide. This is probally because it only really looks good in v9 rooms or against a wall. I'd value it at 0.5 at this point. The gates, i'd leave at 1 HC or put them down to 0.7. I saw no walls, at all. They just arent sellling or being sold. Few rooms have them. The rooms that say Gothic trade are also decreasing.

To end this long MRVR, i'm just going to say - this is my first time. Gothic is going down - but i think, if you keep your furni for a good few months it will come back in. But please habbo, i beg of you. Not a halloween item. Never make gothic a halloween item.
