I need some things for drag slayor , help?

I need 30 steel nails per plank (total 90 nails) to repair the boat before you head off to Crandor to fight Elvarg, three Planks (found in the Wilderness, outside the members-only Barbarian Outpost, or make them with the members-only Sawmill Operator for 100gp each plank (Northeast of Varrock)), Hammer, 2000 gp (or an extra 10k for those that can't telegrab), an Unfired bowl, a Lobster pot, some Silk, a Wizard mind bomb, and items you think you need to kill Elvarg (the green dragon).

I have a mind bomb and money but who can get me rest ill pay them?

You can get hammer from genaral store and lobby pot from port sarim fishing shop.
To get unfired bowl mine some clay then get a bucket and fill it with water, then use the clay with the water. Then go to a spinning wheel and click on the option for bowl. You need lvl 8 craft for that.

For planks go to the graveyard in the wild, they spawn there.
You could also make the nails you need.
