been meaning to do another report for a while now but the hc furni came out and i couldnt find any other normal values so i decided to do a hc rares rvr altogether all the values should be decreasing because as each day goes by there are more and more on habbo

GREEN is for rares ABOVE the habbox price.
BLUE is for rares the SAME AS the habbox price.
RED is for rares BELOW the habbox price.
PURPLE is for my COMMENT.

- 4 HC [seen 3 times]

i love the way you can get into your favourte programs and into the tv, dont like it when people swicth me off thogh:@ this seems to be perfect but common. this is the new hc rare that everyone has, why? because if you had joing habbo club before, then when you saw the new hc furni decided to join again then this would be the rare you got, i did this and managed to sell mine for 10hc!!! but this was around 2 hours after the new furni came out.

-Retro wall lamp - 5 HC [seen 2 times]
- 6 HC [seen 2 times]

i dont like this new rare because of the chains hanging of it they seem tacky, also the lever that swicths it on seems out of place. lots of these around and the price does not seem to be moving. habbox have done a good job with this value

- 12 HC [seen 1 time]
I love this and i would get one if they werent dropping, i love the knight in the glass case, i will have loads of these when they stop falling. not many of these only seen 1 or 2 being traded

-Drinks Trolly -12 HC [seen 1 time]
- 12.5 HC [seen 1 time]

i don't like this rare, the weel looks all wrong and the champagne looks wrong, but on the whole i think this is VERY rare i fond it hard to find any in rooms yet alone being traded

-Blue solarium - 1 HC [seen 8+ times]
- 1.25 HC [seen 3 time]

an easy way to make money if you are hc you buy a gold bar for 4hc and buy 5 of these and sell them all for 5hc making a 5hc profit, this is the reason that there are so many. non hc habbos are prepared to give you a 0.25 profit if your lucky.

-Antique Drapery - 4 HC [seen 1 time]

great, one the secand door which takes up 2 spaces (first was the gothic door) this is defintly the better of the two! this is best in a small room. goes well with lodge, not many of these around but it still seems to be falling

- Wierd Science Machine - 6 HC [seen 2 times]

you can just tell this is going to be used in a quest, where a mad scientist claims to have created something, i love the wires and lights make it look realistic. Found it hard to find any of these being traded but i evently saw 2 being traded for 12HC.

-Persian Rug - 6 HC [seen 1 time]

i love the patten on this, lots of these around but i have not seen many being traded but they are going down

-Electric Butler - 1 T [seen 1 time]

The chances that you will see one of these being traded are very slim, but my mate told me that he had bought one for 1 T so there you go. This will fll a lot, i think that it will rest at 5-10 HC. Very Popular if you say in the room name that you have a butler the room is instantly full!
