2.0 = 2 times
2.5 = 7 times
2.75 = 2 times
Everyone is suddenly selling their monoliths with fear they are dropping as the Summer begins.

Yellow Marquee
0.75 = 3 times
0.8 = 3 times
It may be a Summer rare, but they are hard to sell a nd not many people like them.

Speakers Corner
0.9 = 5 times
1.0 = 2 times
Speakers Corners are difficult to sell and at present, no one seems to want them resulting in them being sold for less.

Majestic
2.5 = 8 times
2.8 = 3 times
Whoever says these are going up, I will find it very difficult to believe. I never see anyone pay 3.0 and I cannot sell mine for this price.

Green Birdbath
13.0 = 4 times
12.5 = 3 times
I'm not sure why, but these are decreasing at the moment.

Tubmaster
0.35 = 5 times
These have slightly increased this past week and many ask for 3 tubs for their hc sofa - possibly for a Summer themed room

And last but not least - The Hc Sofa
80RD = Seen 8 times in Sukia

Hc Sofas are what rares are formed around and everyone wants them as there's never a risk of them decreasing in value. This could by why it's increased slightly.

I agree and disagree with some of your comments: I see majestic chairs sell for 3HC regularly, but well spotted on your comment about the speakers corner, you seem to have a good understanding of supply-and-demand.
