Comment: Ever since the Blue one came out, it's falling and people are desperate to sell it.


# White Birdbath
~ 18 CS - Seen 3 Times.
Comment: Birdbaths are going through a ruff time at the moment, People are desperate to sell them but personally i'd keep!


# Green Wooly Pillow
~ 21.5 CS - Seen 2 Times.
Comment: Green Pillows are doing good at the moment, people are starting to collect and offer crap as profit.



# Green Birdbath
~ 14 CS - Seen 4 Times.
Comment: These are also falling, yet again, i'd keep for the summer!



# Silver Nelly
~ 9 CS - Seen 5 Times.
Comment: These are also falling, i'd keep for summer though.



# Aloe Vera
~ 7 CS - Seen 1 Time.
Comment: These are so rare, when people need one and find one they will pay more than it's price to get one.



# Hammock
~ 3.5 CS - Seen 2 Times.
Comment: Hammocks aren't going for 4 CS, some people sell at 3 CS at times, i'd buy now while they are cheap.



# Black Monolith
~ 3.1 CS - Seen 3 Times.
Comment: Maybe rising a bit, today ive seen people wanting them and offering profit for them, maybe they could hit 3.5 CS if lucky.



# Gold Ice Cream Machine
~ 1.5 CS - Seen 8 Times.
Comment: These are falling as the ICM craze comes to an end, I predict these will hit 2 CS - 2.5 CS in summer.



# Yellow Marquee
~ 1.1 CS - Seen 2 Times.
Comment: These are falling now, I think they'll hit 1.5 CS in summer though.



# Rosewood Screen
~ 0.8 CS - Seen 3 Times.
Comment: Most hated screen, I don't like it much either, it is falling.

I do, only slightly disagree with the Gold ICM value.
I bought one of the two that are in my '.' room, for 2 CS and the other for a shameful 2.35 CS.
