Values for Misc. Rares

I think that the Gothic throne is going down in value as I've tried for a few days to trade it for a HC but no one is accepting it. :eusa_wall

Also, I think that there should be a value for the EU flag because it got removed from the Catologue with all the other flags, and shouldn't the two dragon screens be in the seasonal section with all the other chinese furni as it all got released at Chinses New Year.
