I've taken a look at the one uploaded on to the server.

http://www.habbsmiles.66ghz.com/HMITbeta/ - Within a few seconds of looking at the login page, I've come to the conclusion that it is a modification of Radio DJ Panel 2.0, which is due to have it's next release in 3 days.

I recommend you wait for the next release.
