    OK, I'm new to runescape, so dont get mad if this is like normal..

    I killed an Imp and got a wizards hat, and then I attacked another imp. It nevrer attacked me once, but i attacked it all the time...

    is that a glitch or something?

    this can happen sometimes, particularly when the imp is either trapped behind something or it is walking somewhere.
