Phpbb2 images for ranks--HELP PLZ!

I have a phpbb forum which i created using www.phpbbweb.com and in the admin panel i have the option to set ranks :



Which i click on and it takes me to this screen (i have already created the ranks but this is about the pictures) :



I click on edit (for this example i wanted to change the image for Bronze Member) and it takes me to this screen:



I want to put this image:



which is stored on my computer into the box that says 'rank image' so that when a member achives the Bronze member rank, that picture appears under their name just like we get stars on Habbox Forums.

I know that was alot but i'm desperate for help so plz give me it!

You need to host that image on the interent first.!

That box it to put a phbb2 rang image!

I'v got it hosted on imageshack.us but wich code shall I use in that box? Will that even work?
