Trouble Logging in ;[

Hi, I can't log into habbo.
I try and log in, I manage to get up to the picture of the hotel and lots of cars but nothing else, No navigator or credits or anything.
It seems to happen every day at around 3.
I have cleared cache and reset my comp.

Done but i think its stops when the number of users on habbo is above 5200+
