sum1s hacked it from that ISP and they have been swearing in the request box numerous of times. iv done a ip ban but their going on through a proxy.
Hidemy***.com i think.
im doing another scan in a bit, and whoevers proxy it is im going to email the proxy company to see if we can sort this out together..
I would take legal action but theres no point.

add the proxy site to your dissalow list in cpanel.
