get 60 str then obby maul attack up to 60.. then raise str from there..

get attack up to 40 if f2p if not 60, str as high as possible. But pray that you dont bump into a tank in wildy

Just get 60 attk + 99 str, so you can ddp++ spec like really high for a low level
