I need the RSS FEEDS (soz if wrong) for Habbo and BBC NEWS for Vb

Im on about the things which when say bbc bot gets news on BBC it autmatically posts on the forum under te nameof BBC NEWS etc

Also possible how to set them up wether their plugins or w/e
