Hey haven't posted on here for a while.
I've recently started RS again but AGES ago when I was doing Monkey Madness I died, on the bit after you escape from jail I think. I got d/ced and then was dead lol.
What I was wondering was:
How would I go about continuing where I left off? I have lost all the items gathered during the quest as well.
Any help appreciated.

i dont know for sure, but you might need to repeat the earlier steps of the quest in order to get the items you got during the quest

Usually you have to basically do the quest again if you die... go around to each person that gives you an item kinda thing... you'll have to do the cave run again for certain (if you reached it)
