Starting a fansite again. Need joint owner.

I`m back in the fansite business with a new fansite.

I got the idea going down the road from the beach and I know how much I miss owning a community.

I`m looking for a joint owner.

I do all hosting except shoutcast and all domains.

Requirements for job:
Knows BASIC HTML
Good community skills
Works well in team.
CAN DO WEB DESIGN **

And thats about all, partly because I suck at templates. I am good at PHP MySQL radio staff hiring all that.

So if you think you can do it you will get part of the advertising profits built by Google AdSense ads.

I got one domain, habbo-buzz.net
site closed a while ago - co owner moved hosue and they havent got the 'net back yet.

I have no use for it so...
although I cant do layouts for you lolol. I do already have one, www.habbo-buzz.net though I dunno if you like. Myke made it x]
