If you’re among the gamers already registered, you can jump right in from 16 May until 6 June. The Halo 3 multiplayer beta features three maps: Snowbound, High Ground and Valhalla. These comprise large- and medium-scale locations that make their series debut in Halo 3. You’ll have the upgraded Assault Rifle to have fun with and the Spartan Laser to trial if you’re fighting the good fight. Choose the Covenant and you’ll get a taste of what the Brute Spiker and Spike Grenades are made of. You’ll also be among the first to ride the Spartan Mongoose all-terrain vehicle. Hoorah!

It's the official beta o.O the one people had to be lucky enough to be picked for until they released crackdown with the ability to download the beta when it is released
