You could have a Shoutbox organised into sub-categories, such as Habbo, Gaming Et; because there'd obviously be too many people talking at once it was just the Shoutbox on its own.
It avoids pointless posts about a single question and answers can be gotten quickly.

We've had one before and it lagged the forum.
Also Habbox don't like to install hacks - unless they have checked it for loop holes.

A shoutbox would most likely use up far too many resources and would slow down the forum.
We do however have a chat program on www.habbox.com.---MAD---

The shoutbox used to be good back when it was on the forum. Pitty the staff at the time wernt compitent enough to actualy install it correctly so it kept causing errors.

A shoutbox also diverts people from posting and therefore makes the Forum boring.

I'm sure there'd be just as many posts. People would just use the shoutbox to chat and ask simple questions
