How do you do phumbnails

how do you do phumbnails for pictures so like you click a min form of the picture then it goes to the big form????????/ :eusa_wall

Its a lot easier if you design pages in frontpage or dreamweaver - they give the option to make your picture a thumbnail.

I personally don't like Dreamweaver, but I think it's just because I haven't really sat down and played with it, so i don't know that much about it, or what it can do.
Frontpage is nice and simple - which is good when you have the intelligence of a spoon, like I do :p
