Need Layout Made and Coded.

Hello,
I am currently thinking of making a website for tourettes suffers. As some of you may know I have a mild form of tourettes syndrome. I was asking if one of you would kindly please make me a layout and code it for me for about a Hc. I dont think of you will but I am just asking.

The website is going to bring tourettes syndrome suffers together and give them some tips on how to live their life with it. I am going to be a getting a domain, prefafably a .com or .co.uk.

So guys if you can do this for me please do reply to this thread.

When you've replied if you do, I will Pm you with the details on what I'd like the layout to look like and how to be coded.
