The hair of your alterations never has any 'depth', if thats the word. The same goes for your signature. It's a good alteration though - 7/10.

I'm pretty sure I know what he means.
Say the person did their hair so they had a line of spikes around the edges and more spikes in the middle, you would only do the spikes around the front and forget about the rest however the point of an isometric graphic is to see 2 sides and the top (using a cube as an example) so really with an alteration of someone with spikey hair, we should be able to see the spikes around the hair and the ones on the top of the head.
Or he is talking about the semi-regular lack of forehead some people use.
