I nned some help do you make green dragon bodys out of green d'hide or green d'leather?

yeah, tan 3 green dhides and craft them into bodies.

so you get 3 green d'hides and tan them at the shop?

Yes then use needle on them and select how many bodies to make

For green i think it's 20-30gp each
Not sure though.

what do i do with cowhides once i have them? or do i have to you dragon hides? then tan them

With cowhides and money in inventory, right click on a tanner and choose what kind of leather you want and how many.
