You know on forms like Request Forms they have the drop down menu with DJ Names in, i want that (the drop downs they use on forms). As some dummy content on my Layout

Then you draw a box with a arrow on the right and some text of the left, it's not hard, it does't have to be the real thing as its just dummy content.
