Really noobish question :rolleyes: anyway..how excatly you change run ess to the rune that you want? fire..water etc. Please tell me

you must have the tallys to do so.

you must have completed rune mysteries quest (which is the most simple quest on the planet)

if/once you have done that then i can lend you the tallys. i got every single 1 so no need to buy ne more
